How This Works
We are not a mold company and we are not licensed to be one. We publish local information and pass enquiries to one licensed contractor.
What we do and do not do
Florida DBPR licenses roughly two separate roles - mold assessor and mold remediator - and one company may not hold both on the same Port St. Lucie job.
- We publish what we can establish about mold work in St. Lucie County - costs, causes, and what Florida law requires.
- We pass each enquiry to one independent licensed contractor. Not four. Your details are not sold on.
- We do not remediate, assess or test, and we hold no licence to do any of them.
- We do not rank or review contractors.
How we make money
A flat monthly fee from the contractor for the enquiries we send - not a commission, not a share of your job. We therefore have no financial interest in your job being large. If the honest answer is that a $400 dehumidifier solves your problem, that costs us nothing to say.
You can verify any Florida mold licence yourself on the DBPR licence portal before you hire. We would rather you hire well than hire through us.
