- Where the moisture comes from
- What is behind the wall, which is most of the price
We have researched prices in 2 United States metro areas for this trade so far and add cities as we collect enough quotes to publish a defensible range.
Across the United States we have seen quote spreads above 2x on identical scopes, which is the argument for getting more than 1 written quote.
